Who we are

• SSG Tuning is part of SSG Branding Group
• Owned by Mark Wynne Trayhorne

Working hours & processing

• Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 9:30am – 1:00pm
• Closed Sundays & public holidays
• Files sent outside these times are handled next working day

File service basics

• Files must be uploaded through the portal
• Typical processing time: up to 60 minutes
• Include:
  • ECU type
  • Vehicle make & model
  • Fault codes to remove

Support

• File support → via portal only
• Tool issues → contact your tool manufacturer
• You must have an active tool subscription

Changes & revisions

• Free amendments within 48 hours
• After 48 hours → may be charged
• New requests or changes after 21 days → charged
• Void files will be in the form of a credit only

Important technical requirements

• Perform required resets before installing files:
  • DPF reset
  • AdBlue / NOx reset
• Follow all instructions carefully or the file may not work
• Some vehicles (e.g. PSA/Opel) require proper power latch procedures

Responsibility

• You are responsible for:
  • Using up-to-date tools
  • Having a valid subscription
  • Using proper diagnostics and battery support
• VR reads overwrite existing files — SSG Tuning is not responsible

Payments

• Payment is due on the same day you receive files
• Exceptions only for pre-paid or bulk plans

Liability & usage

• You are responsible for how the file is used
• The vehicle must be mechanically sound before use
• SSG Tuning is not responsible for:
  • Legal issues (e.g. emissions laws)
  • ECU damage or recovery
  • Problems caused by tools (especially clone or expired tools)

Tools & software

• Tool-related issues (updates, checksums, protocols) = manufacturer’s responsibility
• SSG Tuning may help but is not liable
• Checksums are handled by your tool

Extra notes

• Using the file = you accept full responsibility
• Emission modifications may be illegal in some regions
• Recovery services (if available) may be charged

• Terms and prices can change at any time
• By using the service, you agree to all of the above
